General Information

Rates & Prices
All prices quoted are inclusive of all statutory taxes and duties, plus € 4.82 overnight stay and spa tax as well as infrastructure contribution per person and night (from 16 years).

Payment
We accept cash, EC cards, Visa and MasterCard. A deposit is not necessary.
Redemption of vouchers: Vier Jahreszeiten hotel vouchers, Loipersdorf and Thermenland vouchers are accepted without restriction. ‘Wellcard’ vouchers can only be redeemed for direct bookings at the hotel with a maximum of € 300.00 per room & stay, cannot be combined with promotions and other discounts. ‘Webhotels’ vouchers are not accepted.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are allowed in certain rooms by prior arrangement. The cost is € 22.00 per night (without food). Please note that we reserve the right to charge for final cleaning of the room if necessary.

Arrival & Departure

Check in & Check out
The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 11 am at the latest. Your stay starts with the light lunch on the day of arrival (2:30 to 4:00 pm) and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

Can I arrive earlier on the day of arrival?
Sure! Access to the spa is included for you from 7 am on the day of arrival, bathrobes and bath towels are available at reception on check-in. 
Early check-in is possible on request subject to availability - for € 25.00 per person

Can I stay longer on the day of departure?
Yes, admission to the thermal spa is still included for the whole day. 
Late check-out is possible until 18:00 for an additional charge of €29.00 per person, including a lunchtime snack. However, this is only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability 1 day before departure.

Visit of the thermal spa

Is admission to the thermal spa included in the price?
Yes, admission to the Loipersdorf thermal spa resort is included for the whole day from arrival to departure, except when booking the ‘Overnight stay with half board’ package. We provide you with bathrobes and bath towels. You are welcome to use the changing area in the hotel.

What is the Schaffelbad?
The Schaffelbad is an exclusive area within the thermal spa. Access is permitted from the age of 16, is limited and available for an additional charge at reception.

How does the transponder watch work?
With your watch you have access to your room, can pay in the entire spa area and open the doors in the hotel. Please return the transponder watch on departure.

Food & Drink

Please let us know of any food intolerances before you arrive so that we can take your wishes into account.

Meal times:

  • Breakfast: 07:30 to 11 am
  • Light lunch: 1:30 to 4:00 pm (at the restaurant „Zum Horst“)
  • Dinner: 6:00 to 8:30 pm

How to book treatments and massages?
It is best to book your treatments in advance for your preferred date. On-site appointments can be arranged directly at reception. You can find an overview of the wellness programme here.

Is there a fitness centre?
Yes, our fitness studio at the spa resort is open daily from 8 am to 9 pm, and even until 11 pm on Fridays.

Wi-Fi at the hotel
Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.

Where to park
Our parking deck and car park are free of charge for hotel guests. Your transponder watch opens the barrier to the car park entrance.

Cancellation & insurance

What happens in the event of cancellation?
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply to cancellations:

  • up to 3 months before arrival free of charge
  • up to 1 month before arrival 40
  • up to 1 week before arrival 70
  • in the last week before arrival 90 % of the booking value

Please note that cancellations are only accepted in writing.


Travel insurance
We recommend taking out Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance from ‘Europäische Reiseversicherung’ to avoid hassle and financial disadvantages.
