Prices quoted are valid depending on the season, including all statutory taxes and duties, plus € 4.82 overnight stay and spa tax as well as infrastructure fee per person and night (from 16 years).

The single room surcharge is € 25.00 in the poppy category and € 30.00 in the lavender category per night on the respective overnight price.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome here! As certain rooms are reserved for dogs, please make sure you book your beloved four-legged friend in advance.

We charge € 22.00 per dog per night (without food)

Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and the Loipersdorf thermal spa.

Please note that we reserve the right to charge for final cleaning of the room if necessary.

We accept cash, EC cards, Visa and MasterCard. A deposit is not necessary.

Vier Jahreszeiten hotel vouchers, Loipersdorf and Thermenland vouchers are accepted without restriction. ‘Wellcard’ vouchers can only be redeemed for direct bookings at the hotel with a maximum of € 300.00 per room & stay, cannot be combined with promotions and other discounts. ‘Webhotels’ vouchers are not accepted.

Please note that we do not accept third-party vouchers for stays booked via tour operators or online booking platforms.

Your booked room is ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Entry to the thermal spa is included for you from 07:00 on the day of arrival, bathrobes and bath towels are available at reception on check-in.

• Early Check in: possible on request subject to availability at an extra charge & registration at the earliest 1 day before arrival (€ 25.00 per person).

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11 am at the latest. Admission to the thermal spa is still included for you for the whole day.

• Late Check Out € 29.00 per person, including light lunch and room until 6 pm. Only possible with advance booking at least 1 day before departure and subject to availability.

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply to cancellations:

• Up to 3 months before arrival free of charge
• Up to 1 month before arrival 40
• Up to 1 week before arrival 70
• In the last week before arrival 90 % of the booking value

Cancellation insurance

If something comes up despite all the holiday fun, it's good to be prepared. To avoid costs and hassle in the event of cancellation, but also for more security during your holiday in Austria, we recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are per person and night. Unless otherwise stated, prices refer to the ‘Mohnblume’ category, subject to price changes and errors.

The hotel is entitled to make an appropriate price adjustment for individual services after conclusion of the contract if the costs of these services increase by more than 5% without this being within the hotel's control.
