Hannes Wagner
At the head of our hotel is our boss Hannes Wagner - never call him director. He coordinates the entire hotel operation with great pleasure and commitment.

Alexandra Eder
The boss's left and right hand. Originally responsible for all marketing agendas, she has become an important link between all departments. And if you are lucky, she will also take your reservation over the phone.

Rezeption
The control centre of the hotel with Edith Radl and the ladies at reception: they are always there for you with a smile. Edith is also our head of finance & responsible for bookkeeping

Breakfast

Helga Fuchs & her ‘morning owls’ - for some, the alarm clock rings at 4 am in the morning. Responsible for ensuring that the coffee is hot on time at 7.30 am and that you can start ypur day healthy and full of nutrients.

The team around head chef Tom Sitzwohl will provide you with moments of culinary bliss during your stay. Tom has been working with Hannes for an incredible 35 years and has been head chef at the Thermenhotel Vier Jahreszeiten for almost 20 years.
